Note: All fabrics are 45 inches (114.5 cm) wide, 100% cotton. The following material is sufficient to make two placemats.

RJR Basic Realities and Cotton Supreme fabrics:
1⁄2 yard (45.7 cm) #89 French Blue (sky and backing),
1⁄4 yard (22.9 cm) #187 Lilac Marble (mountain),
1⁄8 yard (11.5 cm) #182 Alabaster Marble (snowcap and white edge stripes),
1⁄8 yard (11.5 cm) #221 Daffodil Water (airplane’s lower wing),
1⁄8 yard (11.5 cm) #222 Yellow Marble (airplane’s body),
1⁄8 yard (11.5 cm) #223 Yellow Frost (airplane’s upper wing),
1⁄8 yard (11.5 cm) #124 Lapis Water (blue edge stripes),
1⁄8 yard (11.5 cm) #139 Cherry Fern (red edge stripes).
Thread: 1 spool each of red, white, blue, and yellow.
DMC embroidery floss, 1 skein each of colors 321 and 725 (for stars and circles)
Thermalam batting, 1⁄2 yard (45.7 cm)
Washable fabric marker
Finished size: 16 7⁄8 × 12 inches (42.9 × 30.5 cm)
