Materials
Finished measurements: 7¼" (18.4 cm) foot circumference, 9½" (24.1 cm) foot length from center back heel to tip of toe, and 3¾" (9.5 cm) leg length from top of cuff to start of heel flap.
Gauge: 38 sts and 53 rows/rnds = 4" (10.2 cm) in St st after blocking. Always work a swatch when selecting needle size.
