Set up a small, low-pressure palette and learn what this course will help you notice.

Choose three yarns or fabric swatches that you already enjoy. There is no wrong palette at this stage. We are gathering something useful to look at together.

Before you begin

Place the colors near a window or another even light source.
Keep a neutral white or gray surface nearby.
Give yourself permission to change only one color at the end.

The goal is not perfect color theory. The goal is one decision you can explain and repeat.
